Chef Matthew Venzke brings bold flavors and a global culinary perspective to Campus Club. His extensive background includes roles at Lakefront Brewery, East West Brewery in Vietnam, and consulting in Japan. With over 17 years in renowned kitchens across the U.S. and Michelin-starred venues, Matthew fuses Eastern and Western influences into modern, inspired dishes.

Outside the kitchen, Matthew loves music, spending time by the lake, and exploring new restaurants.
