Campus Club Chef Cooking Demos at Mill City Farmers Market

Campus Club Executive Chef Beth Jones and Demi Chef Nettie Colon will be two of the Mill City Cooks at the Mill City Farmers Market again this summer. They'll be doing cooking demonstrations in the train shed patio using local and fresh ingredients for sale at the market. Stop by and say hello! 

Here's what they have cooked up so far:

May 27 - Beth - Wild Rice Pasta with all Things Spring
June 10 - Nettie- Tarragon Lamb Brats with Spring Slaw
June 24 - Beth - Soba Noodle Salad with Summer Vegetables
August 5 - Nettie - Cauliflower Steaks with Piri Piri Sauce
August 12 - Nettie - Sweet Corn Ice Cream
August 19 - Beth - Okonomiyaki (Kyoto-style pancakes)

September 10 - Our wonderful Chefs donated their time to the Harvest Social Benefit. Their help contributed to the Mill City Farmers Market goal to receive donations for the Charitable Fund, which will expand the educational and food access programs, partnerships and grants to local, sustainable farmers and food makers.

September 23 - Beth - Spätzle - Spice up this dish by creating a Fried Spätzle with Vegetables and Quark 
October 7 - Nettie - Vegan Wild Rice Mushroom Soup
October 14 - Beth - Roasted Delicata Squash with Spiced Yogurt Dressing
