Fine tune your work-life balance by attending our morning Yoga classes at the Campus Club in our beautiful West Wing dining room. The view of downtown in the early morning is a perfect backdrop. Classes are led by Instructor Margie O'Loughlin. Margie brings a life-time of movement experience to her yoga teaching and does a great job of leading beginners and more advanced students alike. She leads us in basic yoga poses taught in a simple flow style, incorporating elements of Qigong, meditation and breath work.
In September, we will move to Thursday mornings at 7:45 am
Classes are free for Campus Club members. Guests are just $5 and can pay at the door. Members, please RSVP online or call 612-626-7788. Nonmembers, call 612-626-7788 so we know you are coming. Bring a yoga mat and wear loose comfortable clothes.
