In September we started having special dinners in the Campus Club bar on Tuesdays starting at 4:00 pm. There will be a different theme every few months but the idea remains the same: we'll be serving a great bar meal for members and their guests at the great price of $10. It's another great benefit of Campus Club membership!
We started off in September with Chef Nettie's fabulous tacos, perfected by her time cooking in Tulum, Mexico. In October, we served Cajun Red Beans & Rice Bowl with Catfish, Andouille and Greens. For November, we had Peterson Craft Meats Beef Stroganoff with Oyster Mushrooms, over Pappardelle.
Our December special is a Jasmine Rice Bowl with Beef Bulgogi, Pickled Vegetables, Fried Egg, Sriracha Aioli and Peanuts. This is a gluten-free / dairy-free dish and we also have a vegetarian option available.
We're not taking reservations. Just show up after 4:00 pm. Our kitchen closes at 7:30 but we'll prepare a limited quantity of these dinners so come as soon as you can!
