In the fall we started having special dinners in the Campus Club bar on Tuesdays starting at 4:00 pm. There will be a different theme every few months but the idea remains the same: we'll be serving a great bar meal for members and their guests at the great price of $10. It's another great benefit of Campus Club membership!
We started off in September with Chef Nettie's fabulous tacos, perfected by her time cooking in Tulum, Mexico. In October, we served Cajun Red Beans & Rice Bowl with Catfish, Andouille and Greens. For November, we had Peterson Craft Meats Beef Stroganoff with Oyster Mushrooms, over Pappardelle. Our December special was a Jasmine Rice Bowl with Beef Bulgogi, Pickled Vegetables, Fried Egg, Sriracha Aioli and Peanuts.
In January we had a 'Post-Holiday Recovery Bowl,' made up of seared wild sockeye salmon, local striped pinto beans, fresh oranges, raw carrot, cucumber, red cabbage, and chimichurri over greens.
For February, we will be having a Shrimp and Andouille Gumbo over Rice. A gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan option is available.
We're not taking reservations. Just show up after 4:00 pm. Our kitchen closes at 7:30 but we'll prepare a limited quantity of these dinners so come as soon as you can!
